The Bendigo Hat is the perfect project for when you’re road tripping to the next fibre festival – quick, easy yet engaging, and super cozy once you bind off. The only skills you’ll need for the yummy fabric texture are knitting and purling, and it looks great in whatever yarns are local to you!

Gauge: 18 stitches x 32 rounds = 10cm (4”) in seed stitch

Finished Measurements: Child/Adult Small Size: 46.5cm (18.25”) circumference, 20cm (8”) or 25.5cm (10”) long; Adult Large Size: 54.5cm (21.5”) circumference, 20.5cm (8.25”) or 26cm (10.25”) long

Materials Used: 100-150g DK weight yarn; 200-300m (219-328yds)

Needle Size: 4mm (US 6) at least 100cm (40”) length circular needle, double-pointed needles or short 40cm (16”) circular needle, or size to obtain gauge
